BUFFALO, N.Y. — The empty tractor-trailer ban has been lifted on state highways in WNY, including I-190, I-290, Route 5, Route 219 and Route 400
Governor Cuomo issued the ban on anticipation of the extreme high winds that came Sunday.
The Skyway was reopened at noon on Monday.
