BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened around 10 p.m. on Monday.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Esser Avenue.
Police say a 17-year-old boy from Buffalo was shot while outside. He was declared dead at the scene.
The shooting appears to be targeted in nature, according to police.
