BUFFALO, N.Y. — Clear skies through late Thursday night will allow for yet again decent radiational cooling and low temperatures are expected to drop to the upper 20s to low 30s into early Friday morning for many areas in WNY, mid 30s near the lakeshores, colder for N. PA.

A Freeze Warning is in effect for McKean County in northern PA from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. Friday.  Lows dropping to even the mid to upper 20s could harm crops and other sensitive vegetation there.

Sunshine during the day on Friday will increase temperatures well into the 60s during the afternoon.

A warmup is then on the way for the weekend.
