CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — A longtime manager is taking over the Queen City Coffee House & Eatery in Cheektowaga.
Jessica Linden reopened the café April 16 as Jessie’s Hidden Café & Bistro at 2875 Union Road inside the AppleTree Business Park.
Linden managed the site for six years under before buying the business and taking over the lease from owner Vincent DeMarco, who is turning his focus to growing his Queen City Foods mobile catering and commissary supply company.
