BUFFALO, N.Y. — Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a reward of up to $7,500 in connection to a double homicide that happened Saturday in the City of Buffalo.
Babul Meah and Abu Yousuf were both shot and killed Saturday on Zenner Street, where police say a squatter shot both men as they showed up to clean a home that was for sale and due to close soon.
The Crime Stoppers reward, which was announced on Sunday, is "for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) responsible for the homicides of Babul Meah and Abu Yousuf."

Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown also shed light on what happened when he appeared for his weekly "Talk of the Town" radio show on WUFO radio.
"Two workers going to do work on a vacant house. Someone was in that house and opened fire on them, and both of them were killed," the mayor said. "As it turned out, and I didn't know that until this morning, that both of those men who were killed, who had been assigned to go and work on this property, were members of the Bangladeshi community.
"Obviously they're members of our community, and so the community is trying to raise money today for the widows of these gentlemen. One of the men had two children, and a young baby on the way, and another one of the men had seven children. So these were two innocent men there for work, and sadly, incredibly, in the wrong place at the wrong time."
A little more than an hour later, Buffalo Police commissioner Joseph Gramaglia provided an update during a news conference at the downtown police headquarters.
Gramaglia said that he and Mayor Brown visited the Buffalo Muslim Center on Fillmore Avenue to meet with members of the community at the mosque.
"They're very emotional, they were very upset," he said. "We're emotional and upset as well."
